1. Policies & Content

• Services: Subject to change based on IMZDesigns’ policies. Official communication only via authorized channels.
• Content Rights: All website content is copyrighted. Unauthorized reproduction, including automated scraping, is prohibited.

2. Projects & Campaigns

• Results: No guarantees on search engine rankings due to external factors.
• Access & Delays: Clients must provide website access; failure to do so may result in service delays without refunds.
• SEO Timelines: Results usually take ~90 days due to search engine indexing.
• Termination: Non-payment or lack of communication may lead to immediate termination.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• 24-Hour Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours of payment receive a full refund.
• After 24 Hours: No refunds. Monthly fees apply for completed months; partial months are charged fully.

4. Usage & Liability

• Prohibited Uses: No illegal/fraudulent practices.
• Liability: IMZDesigns is not liable for indirect damages or losses. Liability is limited to payments made for the service.

5. Payment Terms

• Currency: Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) or equivalent.
• Suspension: Non-payment leads to service suspension within 7 days.
• Charges: Late payments or collections incur extra fees.

6. Jurisdiction

• Governing Law: Governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco; disputes settled in Casablanca courts.
